We finally cleaned up our little backyard. It was getting pretty nasty and I just wanted to take everything out and start over. We've been working on it for the last couple weeks but on Saturday we put our gloves on and really got to work. We even finished! It was a very successful day.
Luke was a great little helper too, with his yellow shovel. He knew exactly what to do with it and started digging. He also knew what to do with the broom and started sweeping, and he watched as we put leaves in a box and he started doing the same thing. (He's growing too fast!) It was fun having him out there, and I think we can have him out there more often now because he didn't put any leaves in his mouth! He finally realized they don't taste good.
Here's a before shot:

And after:
Looks boring but once our roses grow it will be beautiful!
And yeah, we need a new table and chairs.
Out with the old, in with the new. Feels so good!
